Braillo Norway developed the first double-sided (interpoint) Braille Printer in the world, the Braillo 270, together with SINTEF, a Trondheim based research institute.
The Braillo 270 was since developed into Braillo 400 S, Braillo 400 SR, Braillo 440 SW (Sideways) and Braillo 440 SW SF (Staple & Fold). The speed was increased by more than 50% from 270 Braille characters per second (cps) up to 440 cps for our two latest models, the Braillo 440 SW and Braillo 440 SW SF.
